Procrastination has many negative effects. If you always put things off, you may feel down. And, if this happens all the time, it will certainly lead to health problems. Besides, it's bad for your study or work.

There are many reasons for procrastination. Laziness is one of them. And people are always good at finding excuses. What's more, it's possible that you don't have a good plan.

Then what can we do to overcome it? First, we can make a good plan and carry it out. Second, it's wise to divide a big task into smaller steps. Third, you can ask someone to help you if you can't do it alone.

I believe as long as we go out of our way, we can overcome procrastination.
