She pointed out that people from around the world have made progress and survived by working with each other and helping each other out.

Chinese contestant Chen Qiyu. who was the first runner-up. focused on something more specific（具體的）. She talked about the secret to being a good writer and speaker. She said she used complicated language when writing her papers, but found that they sounded-difficult. She later realized that using simple writing and clear logic（邏輯）was more important not only for writing, but also for speaking. "The truth is simple," she said.
