What should say to my little brother?

My problem is terrible.

My mum gave us a new baby a couple of years ago. We were really happy then, but this lovely baby has grown up!

He seems to have too much energy, and never stops running or shouting. The door doesn’t help at all—he’ll be knocking at it for ages. I can’t study at home.
