An unforgettable experience in my memory

Everybody has something unforgettable. For me, I still remember the day my dad taught me how to ride a bike. I was afraid to ride a bike. But my dad's encouragement made me determined to learn it. At first, I thought he was always behind me, holding the seat in order to keep me from falling off. I was happy with this, but he realized he can't hold me up all my life. And he told me that one day he would have to leave, so I must be independent. After a long time, I finally learned it. This unforgettable experience told me we can't depend on anyone else but ourselves.
