     Everyone worries. But how do you deal with your worries? Whether your worries are big or small, you
  can take these three steps to deal with your worries:
     1. Try to find out what you're worried about
     Sometimes, you will know what you are worried about. Other times, you might not. Try to
 find it ourselves first; if you can't, you can ask for help.
     2. Think of ways to make it better
     There's always something you can do to help you feel less worried. Sitting there worrying is
 no fun and it won't solve your problem.
     Grades at school are often a top worry for kids. If you are worried about grades, ask yourself
 these questions:
     Why are grades important? What do grades mean to me?
     How do I get ready for class? Do I go over my notes even there isn't a test?
     Do I have a good place to do my homework?
     Have I tried different ways of studying?
     If your worry is about a fight you had with a friend, you might write down all the things you
 could do,  write a note to him or her, invite him or her to a basketball game, say sorry to him or her etc.
 Once you have a list of things you could do, you can choose the one that gets your friend back.
     3. Ask for help
     When you're worried, it can help to find someone to talk to. You can ask your parents, friends
 or teachers for help.

    　　I always thought that a man who was wise (睿智的) and good would become rich, but this year I have learned that this is not always true. I learned this from my teacher. He is both wise and good, but is not rich at all, for being a teacher, he doesn't have a good income. He may be able to get more money if he gives up teaching for business.     We got to the clean, lovely city of Yangzhou early in the morning. This is our first trip to China. All the different smells attract our attention to the local food. We are going to try something special for dinner tonight. The hotel we are staying in is not expensive but very clean. We plan to stay here for a few days, visit some places in the city, and then travel to the Great Wall in the north.

    We visited the famous Slender West Lake (瘦西湖) which was crowded with visitors from all over the world, and bought a lot of toys for our friends outside the gate of the park.         Ever thought of moving to a new country? How about starting a new country? Patri Friedman is
    planning to do just that. He left Google years ago to set up the Seasteading Institute. And his dream is
    to build seasteads-----floating micro-nations in the middle of the ocean.
        So, what will life on a seastead be like? Probably a bit like life on a cruise liner ( 游輪), but much
