請(qǐng)你仔細(xì)閱讀下面短文,幫助Dr. Ma整理好他的案例。
Mr. Ma, a famous mental (心理的) doctor from Beijing once said at an important meeting, "Now many
young students can have problems with their minds. Some students become worried because they have to
study very hard. Others have trouble getting on well with people around them like their parents and classmates.
Parents and teachers should care more about this problem."
Then Mr. Ma gave some examples. One patient, Li Yun a middle school students from Xi'an was doing
badly in his lessons. He thought his teachers and friends often laughed at him, and he became so nervous and
worried that one night he left his homes without telling parents. Another student, Dai Yi, a 14-year-old
schoolgirl from Shanghai, was very afraid of exams. While she was reading the exam paper, she couldn't think
of anything to write. So she was worried and unhappy. At last even she wanted to kill herself
A recent report from Jiefang Daily says about 18% of the young students in Shanghai have mental problems. They often fell worried and very unhappy. Unluckily many of them won't go and ask for help. Some think they will look stupid(not clever) if they go to see a doctor. Others won't talk about their secrets.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Ma offered some good ideas to young people:
     ● Talk to your parents or teacher often.
     ● Take part in group activities.
     ● Try to get on well with the people around you.
     ● Go to see a doctor if you often feel unhappy.

An e-mail to complain

Here is an e-mail with a complaint from

An unhappy customer in Canada.

Dear Mr Price,

I have eaten in your restaurant many times and have always been happy with the food and service. This makes what happened last Saturday even more disappointing.

It was my son’s birthday so we booked a no-smoking table at your restaurant for 7∶30p.m.We arrived on time but were told that our table was not yet ready. At 8∶00p.m.,we were given a table in the smoking section.I asked to move but I was told that there were no other tables.A lot of people were smoking so it was uncomfortable and unhealthy.

Our first waitress, Janet, was very polite and helpful. She gave us free drinks for waiting so long. Our food also came quickly and looked fresh and tasty. When my wife had eaten most of her meal, she found a dead cockroach(蟑螂)in her vegetables. She was shocked and wanted to leave. At first, the waitress told us it was a piece of garlic(蒜).When we told her that garlic does not have legs, she apologized(道歉)and took the food away.

We asked for the bill, expecting not to pay for my wife’s meal.Nobody came. After 15 minutes, I asked to see the manager. The head waiter told us that you were on holiday.I complained again about the horrible cockroach. He told me Janet had finished work.He didn’t believe my story and gave me a bill for three meals.I with him but was made to pay.

The waitress, Janet, was always friendly, but I would like an apology(道歉)from your impolite head waiter and a full refund(退款)for our meal.It cost $68.Until then, I will not be eating at your restaurant or recommending(推薦)it to anyone.

Thank you for your attention.

There has not been a worldwide spread (傳播) of flu (流行性感冒) since 1968. Experts say there should
have been another by now.
The so-called Spanish flu in 1918 became the most deadly flu ever recorded. It killed an estimated twenty
million to fifty million people. Almost half were young adults.
There were two other widespread flu in the twentieth century. The Asian flu struck in 1957, and the Hong

Scientists at the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention say the cause of the widespread
Spanish flu is not clear. But the two others are known to have resulted from a human virus that became mixed
with a bird flu virus. And that could happen again.
Scientists first identified bird flu in Italy more than one hundred years ago. Bird flu is caused by type A flu
viruses. Type A are the most common, and usually cause the most serious flu spread in people. Currently the
most serious kind of bird flu is known as h-five-n-one. It has spread among chickens and ducks in Asia.
