Firstly, I think we must have enough healthy food. Breakfast is important.It gives energy to our body. We must also have the right kind of food. Remember to eat more fruit and vegetables instead of junk food. Secondly, it's necessary for us to do exercise. It helps us keep active and strong.Thirdly,never stay up late. If we can't get enough sleep, the whole body will work slowly. As a saying goes "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. "Lastly, learning to reduce pressure is also important. I find it relaxing to listen to some soft music when I feel bad.
