【答案】In my life, there was one thing that made me very stressed. Last month. I was told to make an English speech front of the class. As a shy girl. I was so worried about it that I couldn' t fall asleep during the night.

To deal with my pressure. I watched English talk shows online carefully and spent hours practicing English loudly in front of the mirror. That day came at last. I felt my heart in my mouth, but I kept telling myself I could be the best. When I finished my speech. I saw the smile on my teacher's face.

Since then, I' ve realized that the best way to deal with stress is to think positively and act bravely.
