Doing community volunteer work is one of the best ways to develop my abilities to communicate and cooperate．The community is a lot like a big family of different people．First， I need to make a group of volunteers by talking with the teenagers．Then we're going to work out different plans based on old people's needs．We can also organize some outdoor activities for the kids and hand out advertisements to better our environment．They all need us to communicate and work well with others．Now， I'm already looking forward to the coming vacation．
