Lack of sleep does great harm to us.For one thing,we can’t concertrate in class.It will get in the way of our study.For another,it may cause problems like heart trouble.Moreover,we may get angry and impatient easily.So I have 8 hours of sleep every night and I often take a nap at noon.

How can we improve our sleep?Here is my adivce.First,drink less water and eat less food.Second,listen to light music before sleeping.Third,go to bed early and get up early.
