It's good to share your feelings with others. No matter whether your feelings are good or not, it can
also help you to get closer to people who you care about and who care about you.
But how to share your feelings? First, you should focus (定焦點(diǎn)) on your feelings. You can't tell your
friends what's inside your backpack if you don't know what's in it yourself. Feelings are the same way.
Before you share them with someone, you should know what feelings you have. You can make a list of
feelings in your head or by writing it out on a piece of paper or even by drawing pictures. What bothers
(煩擾) you? Does it make you sad or angry? Do you feel this emotion (情感) only once or many times?
When you do this, it might help you to remember something that happend and think about how it makes
you feel. Then you can say "I feel sad that my friend won't play with me." or "I feel angry with my
classmates..."
Do you know why you should talk about your feelings? If you always keep your feelings inside,
especially sadness, nervousness or anxiety (焦慮), it can even make you feel sick. But if you talk with
someone who cares about you, like your mom and dad, you'll feel much better. Your parents want to
know what's hapening in your life because they love you.  But if you don't want to talk with them, please
talk with your friends. They will help you.

Animals, including insects, don't have a "language" like ours. They do not 'talk' to each other in words
and sentences. But if we watch them, we can see that they do have their ways of communicating (交流)
with each other.
Can you see the rabbit's tail? When rabbits see this white tail moving up and down, they run away. They
know that they are in danger. The rabbit has told them something without making a sound. It has given
them a signal.
Many other animals use this kind of "language". When a cobra (眼鏡蛇) is angry, it raises its head and
makes itself look powerful (有力的). This warns other animals. When a bee (蜜蜂) has found food, it goes
back to its home. It cannot 'tell' the other bees where the food is by speaking to them, but it does a little
dance. This tells the bees where the food is.
Some animals "say" things by making sounds. A dog barks, for example, when a stranger comes near.
A cat purrs when it is pleased. Some birds make several different sounds, each with its own meaning.
Sometimes we human beings speak in the same way. We make sounds like "Oh" or "Ah" when we are
frightened or pleased or when we drop something on our toes.

A. Animals have languages like human beings.
B. Bees communicate with each other by dancing.
