Last week we had a discussion about the ways to get relaxed. We got a lot of ways to relax such as playing sports, listening to music, seeing films, traveling and communicating with parents and friends.

In my opinion, the best way to relax is playing sports. Many of us stay in the classroom almost the whole day without any exercise, which is bad for our health and also makes us feel blue. Therefore, we should exercise every day to keep a balance between study and sports.
