Once when Kevin was selling hats under a big tree, the monkeys on the tree picked some hats and put them on. So Kevin took off his own hat and threw it on the ground. The monkeys threw their hats, too. Kevin soon collected all the hats and left happily.

Fifty years later, young Tony, grandson of Kevin, also sold hats for a living. After a long walk, Tony was tired, so he put his bag of hats beside him and lay down under a big tree. He was soon fast asleep.

When Tony woke up, he found no hats in his bag, some monkeys on the tree were wearing his hats.Tony didn’t know what to do. Then he remembered his grandfather’s story. “Yes! I can fool all these monkeys, just like my grandfather” said Tony.

Tony then waved at the monkeys, the monkeys waved at him, too. Tony started dancing, the monkeys were also dancing. Tony threw his hat on the ground, just then, one of the monkeys jumped down, picked up Tony’s hat, climbed back to the tree quickly. “Do you think only you had a grandfather?”, said the monkey.
