Building better teamwork has a good influence on students’ daily study. But some team members are not active in activities.

As a team leader, I will try to improve the situation in the following ways. First, I will communicate with the team members who are not active and find out if they have some difficulties. And then I will try my best to help them out of the difficulties. Second, we will set some team rules together to guarantee the smooth going of the activities. Third, I will discuss the problem with my teacher. My teacher will give me some advice on how to deal with the problems. Finally, I think we can take turns to be the term leader so that everyone will try to make the team better.

All in all, I think we’ll pull together to make our team better and better.
