Everyone has two sets of teeth. The first set (of twenty) begins to grow when you are over six months old. The second set (of thirty-two) grows from the age of six until(直到) you are about twenty-one years old.

Africa is the second largest continent(大陸) in the world. To its southeast lies the Indian Ocean, and toward the west is the Atlantic Ocean. It is also the continent with the world’s second largest population(more than 1 billion) behind Asia.

The continent is famous for its hundreds of ethnic(種族) groups. The three largest ethnic groups are the Hausa, Lgbo and Yoruba. They are all in west Africa. West Africa is also rich in natural resources like cocoa, diamonds and coffee. Cote d’lvoire(科特迪瓦) is the world’s biggest producer of cocoa.

Although many places in Africa are poor, this is not the whole picture. South Africa is the richest country in Africa. Some parts of the country are wealthy. Modern and well-developed roads are common everywhere. You can also spend a day in a large shopping mall or taste delicious seafood in a restaurant.

In ancient China, people passed down their family instructions from generation to generation.

Some schools in Zhejiang are encouraging students to learn more about their own family instructions. At Hangzhou Gongyi Middle School and Hangzhou Xuejun High School, it was part of students' winter vacation homework to learn about their family instructions.

Meng Yaohan, 16, from Hang Xuejun High School, looked at her family instructions. One of them is "Don' t take the wrong way,” a piece of advice that has been passed down for 100 years. Her father told how her grandfather stuck to his "right way” ---become an engineer. “It encouraged me to pursue what I love, "she said.

Shen Duanjie, 14, from Hangzhou Gongyi Middle School, has got good from his family instructions—"democratic(民主的)” and "equal". In his own words, they have helped him get along with his parents. The school has also published books about two classic collections of family instructions --- Family Instructions of Zhu Xi and Family Instructions of Yan Clan.
