Here are the reasons : First, the students have too much homework. Second，they never make a plan what they should do every day. Third, other reasons such as stress and bad moods make bad sleeping. Another important reason is that many students play with their cell phones or iPads before sleeping. This is one of the main reasons for bad sleep. As a result，they feel sleepy in the day, they can’t concentrate in class. That makes some of the students do badly in their lessons. So we must do something to prevent it. First, less homework should be given to the students by teachers and parents. Second, students need to keep away from digital devices. Last, make out a useful learning schedule to save time . Self-discipline is important. Regular rest and healthy sleep are good for you.
