閱讀下文并回答問(wèn)題。
A blind boy sat on the street with a hat by his feet. He held up (舉起) a sign which said: “I am blind, please help.” There were only a few coins in the hat. A man walked by. He put a few coins into the hat.
He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by could see the new words.
Soon the hat started to fill up. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized (認(rèn)出) his footsteps (腳步) and asked: “Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?” The man said: “I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.” His words were “Today is a beautiful day but I cannot see it.” Do you think the first sign and the second sign said the same thing?
Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign only told people to put some money in the hat. The second sign told people that they could enjoy the day, but the boy could not enjoy it, because he was blind. The first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign reminded people they were lucky that they were not blind.

【題目】 My family had a great summer in France. We have seen so many new things and met so many wonderful people. The French are very friendly. They have helped us get used to living here and have made us feel welcome. There are so many things to share with all of you.
The best parts of the summer was getting to see the Tour de France. It is the most famous bicycle race in the world. It’s held every July. The riders travel more than two thousand miles over about a month! We got a quick look at the riders as they passed by! After the race, our family rented bikes, and we rode along part of the route that the riders used.
A few of you asked whether the French really eat snails(蝸牛). The answer is yes. We went out to dinner a few weeks ago,and our parents ordered them. We each tried one and it didn’t taste too bad.The snails are served with lots of melted butter. They feel a little rubbery when you eat them, but they don’t actually have much taste. My favorite food here is the French pastries(酥餅). My sister loves the fresh bread from the bakery down the street.
We went to visit the Eiffel Tower a few weeks ago. We went all the way to the top. It was a sunny day,so we could see for miles and miles into the distance. Dad doesn’t like heights,so he stayed at the bottom of the tower and took pictures from the ground.
Those are our favorite highlights of our time in France so far.

【題目】Answer the questions(根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容回答下列問(wèn)題)
Being an astronaut sounds cool, doesn't it? In space, they can do some pretty amazing things, like floating in zero gravity (重力).
However, there are also plenty of things that astronauts can't do because of their weightless environment, and that's very sad. What's worse, they can't even let their sadness show – because it's impossible to cry in zero gravity.
Of course, astronauts can still have tears. But crying is much more difficult in space. Without gravity, tears don't flow downward out of the eyes like they do on the earth. This means that when you cry in space, your tears have nowhere to go – they just stick to your eyes.
In May 2011, astronaut Andrew Feustel experienced this during one of his spacewalks. "Tears," he said, "don't fall off your eyes. They just stay there." Besides making your vision (視力) unclear, this can also cause physical pain. Back on the earth, tears are supposed to bring comfort to the eyes. But that's not the same in space. The space environment dries out astronauts' eyes, and when tears suddenly wet the eyes, it can cause pain rather than comfort. "My right eye is painful like crazy." Feustel told his teammate during the walk.
Since gravity doesn't work in space astronauts need some extra help to get rid of the tears.
Feustel chose to rub his eyes against his helmet (頭盔) to wipe the tears away. Another choice is to just wait -- "When the tears get big enough, they simply break free of the eye and float around, astronaut Ron Parise said.
There are lots of small things - things like crying that we are so used to on the earth. We usually take them for granted (認(rèn)為理所當(dāng)然), until they become a problem in a completely different environment, like space. There, astronauts can't talk to each other directly. They can't eat or drink in normal ways; They can't even burp (打嗝) because there is no gravity to hold the food down in their stomachs. If they do burp, they just end up throwing up (嘔吐) everything in their stomachs, according to the UK National Space Center.
Thus perhaps it's only space explorers who can honestly say: "Gravity, you're the best."
【1】Is crying more difficult in space than on the earth?

【2】What happens to tears when astronauts cry in space?
