"Yes, tell me," said Antonio. "If I can help you, I will."

But if you gave me some more money, it could be like that second ball and help you get all the money back. I will give back the money you give me now as well as the money that I have already lost."

Antonio invited him to continue.

根據(jù)But the visit was more important than usual for Bassanio. He already owed Antonio a lot of money, but now he wanted to borrow some more.

根據(jù)You might to think of your money that way. The money you gave me is the first ball. It is lost, and I know it’s my fault. But if you gave me some more money, it could be like that second ball and help you get all the money back. I will give back the money you give me now as well as the money that I have already lost.

根據(jù)she was not married. She is rich and young and beautiful. Her hair is like gold. I am certain she would marry me, 根據(jù)Her father died and left her a lot of money. 根據(jù)Many men came from all over the world to court her, but nobody had succeeded.

根據(jù)上文you can go into town and try to borrow the money. Tell the moneylenders that Antonio will guarantee the money is paid back to them.

根據(jù)You know that all my ships are at sea just now, so I do not have much money to give you. However, you can go into town and try to borrow the money. Tell the moneylenders that Antonio will guarantee the money is paid back to them. Don't worry!

Do you enjoy reading and learning poetry (詩歌)? April is National Poetry Month in the United States. Children all over the world also learn about poetry at school.

When I was young we learned about lots of different poets. Poetry comes in many different forms (形式). I like how it can be used to express serious feelings, or just be something that makes you happy.

Bush poetry, a special Australian style of poetry, is my favorite.

Bush poets write about life in rural (鄉(xiāng)村的) Australia. They write about all the things that make Australia different from other countries.

One of the most famous bush poets is Andrew Banjo Patterson. He wrote his poems about 100 years ago. His poem called The Man From Snowy River is one of the most famous Australian poems. Somerset Maugham, a famous English writer, says, to acquire the habit of reading is to construct for yourself a refuge from almost all the miseries of life. Here are several ways to develop a lifetime reading habit.

Set times. You should have a few set times every day when you'll read for at least 5-10 minutes, no matter what happens. For example, make it a habit to read during breakfast and lunch(and even dinner if you eat alone).

Always carry a book. No matter where you go, take a book with you. When leaving the house, make sure to have at least one book. You may keep the book in the car, or take it into the office or to anywhere you go, unless you're sure you won't have time to read. If there is a time when you have to wait, like at a doctor's office, take out your book and read.

Make a list. Keep a list of all the great books you want to read. You can keep this in a pocket notebook. Be sure to add to it whenever you hear about a good book. Keep a running list, and cross out the ones you have read.

Find a quiet place. Find a place in your home where you can sit in a comfortable chair with a good book. There should be no television or computer near the chair to distract you. There should be no music or noisy family members.
