The owner of the house told him that he was trying to sell the house, but no one would buy it. The young man decided to buy the house right then and there for $30,000. The young man went to several big companies and explained the advantages of placing advertisements on the side of the house. Finally, one company agreed. The young man was paid $180,000 for three years of advertising.
